Products and information

We take care to describe our products accurately, but packaging, colours and images may differ slightly from what you receive. Please read the label on the pack for the full ingredient list, allergen information, storage and use-by details before you use a product.

Our products are foods and nutrition products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, allergy or dietary requirement, or you are giving a product to a young child, please speak to a doctor or qualified professional first.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The total you pay, including any shipping charge, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect misuse. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Your account and conduct

• Give accurate details when you order, and keep your contact information up to date.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Anvita Naturals name, logo, product images, text and design are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law
