What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the items you ordered.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of the payment and its id, but not your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Email address, if you subscribe to updates or ask to be notified about our launch.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, and to send your confirmation and invoice.
• To send order updates by email or, if you opted in, WhatsApp.
• To send news and offers, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store:

• Payment processing: Razorpay.
• Delivery: our courier and shipping partners, who receive your name, address and phone number.
• Email and messaging: our email provider, and our WhatsApp messaging provider if you opted in.
• Hosting and technology providers that keep the site running.
• Accounting and invoicing software.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to make the site work, for example to remember the items in your cart. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so please keep your own devices and accounts safe.

Your rights and choices

• Withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from emails or telling us to stop WhatsApp messages.

Children

Some of our products are made for children, but our website and orders are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
