Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Choose a product and size, add it to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your delivery details and pay securely. You will receive a confirmation email straight away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, processed securely by Razorpay.
Is cash on delivery available?
Not at the moment. We accept prepaid orders only.
My money was deducted but I did not get a confirmation. What should I do?
Please do not pay again. Banks usually reverse a failed payment automatically within 5 to 7 business days. If it does not, contact us with your payment id and we will check.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Your order confirmation is sent to your email, and your invoice is shared once your order is processed.
Shipping and delivery
Do you deliver all over India?
We deliver to most pincodes in India. Enter your pincode at checkout to check.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 days and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days after that.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders of Rs. 499 or more, and Rs. 60 below that. You see the exact amount before you pay.
How do I track my order?
We send tracking details by email once your order is dispatched, and by WhatsApp if you opted in.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?
Because these are food products, we cannot take back opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or past its best-before date, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as you can.
Our products
What is in ABC Grow?
ABC Grow is a banana and almond nutrition blend made with sprouted ragi milk powder, banana, almonds, cashews, coconut milk powder and other fruit and vegetable powders. Please read the full ingredient list on the pack.
Does it contain allergens?
Our products can contain nuts (such as almonds and cashews) and milk-derived ingredients. Always check the allergen information on the label, and speak to a doctor if you or your child has a food allergy.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place, keep the pack tightly closed after opening, and use a dry spoon. Check the pack for the best-before date.
Are your products medicines?
No. They are food and nutrition products and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor.
